Based on your build, you have 2 IDs on, so you could swap one to a 0 ap SP lineman. But the C, RG, RT could all be upgraded
TE could be upgraded to 99 Tony G unless you think theres gonna be a GT one you want
Probably can update STB for a different WR unless you like him that much
All your DB besides SS could easily be upgraded.

My bad I have Cappa at rg with sp for 0, what players would you upgrade with besides tony g at te? Thinking of boldin for my cb1 and grinding for porter jr, other than that who should i pick up?

Those are all good picks.
Its hard to tell without the full GT list/Remix out yet. Boldin and Peezys kid are great picks.
