Out of all the calls in that game, that is the one that was right. Both feet were out before he got hit. That call was easy.

Yeah. The rule in general is a bit questionable though, it's hard to tell whether momentum plays a factor in whether or not a player is able to stop their pursuit before going out of bounds. Personally I think it's taken advantage of too often by offensive players, but it's a necessary rule to ensure that the sideline traffic doesn't injure a player.
