The New York Mets are a baseball team notorious for being owned by Steve Cohen who has poured nearly a billion dollars in free agencies and signing players the past 2 offseasons. And what have they done? Lost in the first round of the playoffs last year and so far are 18-20 through this season. Just goes to show money doesnt buy you everything.

Well their money makes the cheap teams bad… coming from a reds fan I think they just take all of our players. From the guys I can name in the last few years, We’ve lost Drury, Luis Castillo, Sonny Gray, Nick Castellanos, Eugenio Suarez, Johnny Cueto, Aroldis Chapman, Raisel Iglesiseas, Adam Duvall, Tyler Mahle, and Jesse Winker who would all be a top 3 player on our team right now.

right now you have a johnathan India who fell short of expectations. I am also a cubs fan so its a biased opinion
