He died recently, just days before the 50th anniversary of the Immaculate Reception and getting his jersey retired Dec 23rd for the Dec 24th game against Raiders (how sweet 🖤)
who knows if they’ll do a remembrance card or be in MUT anymore. We still haven’t seen a K Greene his he passed either. Two big legends gone plus Madden in a year.

I couldn't believe it when I woke up to the notification about him passing. It's a sad day for his family and friends, the city of Pittsburgh, and Steelers fans. I never saw reports of his health declining and none of the articles I've read stated a caused of death, so it seems like this was unexpected since he was only 72.
I was expecting a legend card for him this weekend since it's the 50th anniversary of the Immaculate Reception and his number is being retired. They had a legend weekend for the Dolphins earlier in the year to honor the 50th anniversary of their undefeated season. I'm not so sure that will happen now due to his passing unless his family signs off on the rights for it.
