Since I will get to attend this year's draft, I have been paying more attention to it than I typically do this time of year. With free agency set to start going into full swing next week, I thought I would do my first of a few mock drafts as we stand after the combine. I will not go over every single selection I made but I will answer some questions as I see them. Let me know how right or wrong I am and what you want your team to do when the clock starts in Kansas City!
A couple things I will note:
1) The Bears do trade away the 1st overall pick, with the Colts bringing the best offer to the table. The Colts pick comes down to Young or Richardson, with Young getting the edge based off his tape.
2) Texans get too intrigued with what Richardson could be and take him over Stroud at 2, allowing the Panthers to trade up to get Stroud at 3. Texans also stop the slide of Jalen Carter at 12 after his recent allegations.
3) 2 HBs in the first round?! Why not! Robinson has solidified himself as the top back in the class, and goes to Buffalo to replace Singletary, while Gibbs after an impressive combine, replaces Sanders in Philly.
