Either a TD or a check down, I love to run this at the beginning of the game for a 1 play TD and force a rage quit.

Mine has to be Shutter Curl Seam out of Pats Playbook, No matter what you can hit your running back even if they cover it you can fit a low ball in.  Best play in the game in my opinion.

True at this point of the game every team is at least a 94 so whatever you want.  If your trying to get sweaty then I'd go with an op theme team like Rams, Pats, or Vikings.
