He gets all 32 team chems but does not get the team motivator boosts like last week. He gets a different motivator chem that boosts all OL +1 PBK, +1 RBK, and +1 IBL.

It still works. You guys aren't using the full URL that includes item ID, which is needed for the preview to work. Compare your URL to mine in the following example:
