You need to install the google chrome extension on a pc to sync. After that, you can view your binder on the site from mobile devices and what you usually use for the site.

Right now it requires a chrome extension on a pc for syncing. Once your binder is synced, you can view it and do everything else from a mobile device. I'm not a developer but my limited understanding of ME on Xbox seems like it wouldn't be possible …

EA always had positive things to say about Muthead's former collection tool. It only went away when they took down their own web app which was the data source.
