Unfortunately, you can not. The ZC Strat item came from winning 10 games in the "Welcome to Zero Chill" challenges and this sequence is no longer available to play.

Those programs should return starting on January 11th with TOTW for weeks 14 and 15. The following week will be TOTW for weeks 16 and 17.
