Speed doesnt matter THAT much. Yeah, its helpful to get 97 or 98 speed on him, but his other stats are pretty good.

That is Pats TT, which might be best in the game

There is controversy on the best TT. 
All you do is get players that have played for your TT IRL, and equip their chem.

Every 5 chems, you get a special boost to everyone that has the team chem.
