So the legend tokens will give you a choice of any FULL legend card. It won’t go into a set, but it does go into the powerup. Basically the only reason to power up a legend card is to get ability discounts and such.

Yeah that’s why the biggest set piece is usually the same price as the full card. Imo they missed the mark with trying to keep PU’s alive this year.
