You can do it if you're running a TT and get the Hammer. Otherwise you need Koo. You can do the 10 wins through H2H or Solo battles. Run the swerve! Lol

Sure, that's with a TT boost as well. The OP only mentioned the Hammer boost.

I have Prater, and Hammer doesn't boost him to a 99, FYI. The only way to get to a 99 team right now that I know of is to build Koo (which you can still do). It's a little bit of work, but not horrible. Then you have to win 10 games with all the AAN…
