Last 2/3 years theyve always been legend type yes. But weve gotten 0 info (havent watched GMM so if they released info I havent seen)

If you go under the card and under chemistry you can hit chem while out of position right above his eagles chem.

Solid RT with a bunch of TT if you run one. So far the only ones better is: https://www.mut.gg/players/22580-forrest-gregg/23-13022580/ which is over 500k. Hell last you till at least Christmas and being free is always nice.

Its in sets to get the comic book cover that then you can use on the character for an extra art/stat increase.
