Yeah him and Chandler Jones always had terrible speeds to off set how good their rushing stats were. Looks like they made Jones faster this year, so if Harrison is released, he should be much better.

I think Hilly is too small. Id go Shatley or Andrews is the bigger bang for your buck. 
I think Eddie is too slow. If you want to spend some coins, Rod has been amazing. Moehrig is super solid as well.

You just have to go to Players > Custom filters > QB release > Pick the one you want
