Thats pretty much what I do. I dont use ET though. I just put more pick artist on.

I think they work.  It may be better to do like 3 tiers of budget. Like 100k/50k/25k

Most people with bad catching stats you can spend 2 AP points  or less for backfield master.

Yes depending on what players/plays they use pocket passing is super easy if you have a good strong arm QB.
