If you really wanted to do a WR TE sure. 

Watt or Davis would be better for all around with blocking or Davis for straight block.

He wouldnt get boosted much more than he is. 

Graham would also be better for his base stats are higher. But again, theyre close enough to 99 it wouldnt make much difference.

Most users are going to be 6 2+ and safeties.
