He has Trad 5 release (which is the SLOWEST release) 

So you go to Trad 5 in the chart (which is the middle ish)

then GS increases releases 44% which is a significant amount…

Acrobat on all the DBs and unpredictable on the line. Maybe a 1ap run stuffer if you have it.

Put OLB at DE unless you want natural positions. 

Ingram, Gregory, Kearse, Bosa, Ware, etc.

I just use unpredictable on mine. Cheap and easy.
