what’s the difference between his ability and using isaiah simmons though? I’ll jump routes 15 yards above my head and get the craziest picks with him

have you never read a review before making a purchase in real life? If I’m about to go buy a new pair of headphones i am going to look at comparisons and reviews before dropping $500 on a product which may not work for my situation…

whole point of the forums is to interact with eachother? how am i desperate hahaha

Simmons is my current user as well, but I have messed with Dave Robinson at user and he has failed to disappoint. Might not switch to linebackers completely just yet due to the fact that tomorrow we'll be getting MCS Pola-Mao, but I might in the future depending on who's available.

I don't think we should ever expect anything that's simulation comparable from ultimate team. If that's your thing you should probably go to CFM or something. I would also go as far as to say that linebackers not executing insane animations every time a ball comes near them is far MORE realistic. A lot of the time the guys are just a little over 6 feet tall and approaching 250 lbs. They're not the most agile dudes on the field.

I usered London Fletcher with lurker right after team diamonds came out last year and I got all kinda picks with him. Didn't have many issues with him not animating. Does he have the same range as a safety, no he doesn't. If you position him correctly can he still come down with the ball, absolutely he can. People want linebackers to be able to execute these wild ass animations because they want there to be more room for error on their part. Also they don't want to have to be worried about choosing the correct personnel based on what package the offense chose because that's just way too much work.

More on the side of pass coverage linebackers should just be able to do it. there are plenty of Linebackers that are capable of jumping out the gym in real life for a pick. if the game labled them as a pass coverage linebacker you shouldn’t need an ability is my opinion.

what was the differences between using the two? isaiah has been great for me but does get pancaked if i go too close to the line at times… i was gonna run isaiah and pola-mao tomorrow but if you can convince me i may pick up a lurk artist

Why would I read a review when I can buy the player try em out see it’s trash sell em n take the coin Lost but according to your bf you should be able to do that just fine

the fact linebackers are some of the best atheletes the field in real life… crazy they’ve been so disrespected in madden for so long

I think that makes sense. I agree that it's silly that the only thing the archetypes even determine is what abilities they might have access to.

Being a linebacker, Robinson does better in the run since that's how linebackers are coded. Aggressive ball trait and the fact that Robinson is one of the only 90 Man/90 Zone cards in the game help as well.
