Thanks, i just started (within the past ~week, or so) taking note of that All Day ability, working in conjunction with Secure Protector, once big Greg Van Roten finally got me to having five-wide SecurePro, as well.  That explains how or why Andrew Whitworth (Superbowl with token, not S5 version) at LT continues to get beat off the edge, while my interior blocking has improved dramatically.  Unfortunately, I do not have any of the others and probably won't be able to acquire them.  Big Quentin at LG has SP + Post Up for 1AP, which is decent, especially against Colossus, but not as good as All Day, as you so accurately pointed out:

I’m thinking of selling off everyone but can Roten for a combination of those guys. I have Whitworth, Nelson, Pouncey, and Havenstein. I’m sitting at 3 mil in coins right now so it would be expensive but I could def do it. Looks like it would cost me around 3.7  including Kelce but I’d get back about 1.1. So it’s going to cost me about 2.4 mil to do it. Dexter Lawrence gets it for 1 Ap and decide for zero plus post up for 1. That’d be perfect at C. I’m fairly new too. Always played Madden but never MUT. Been on it for about 3 months. Addicting, man. Love it.

Welcome, welcome!  You can say that again (about addicting) -- that's the only thing EA has done well, by essentially turning this into a casino for kids... but we'll call it "Points" instead of something that clearly indicates we're gambling actual dollars on packs of virtual playing cards.  Great racket if you can swing it, eep.

I started last year around Christmas (during `23 season), was my first foray into Ultimate Team, as well... and here i still am.  We all deserve so much more/better from this buggy ass mess.  What a great case study into how and why monopolies are bad for the consumer.  Hoping EA allows their exclusive NFL license to expire before May 2026, when it's next set for renewal.  Not sure the game can improve unless/until that happens.  But yeah, back to your original point, i seriously enjoy the team building aspects of MUT.  It'd be a LOT cooler if there were fair, balanced (hopefully competitive gameplay), but this is what we've got.

Abilities run this entire game, sounds liek you've already managed to figure that out for yourself.  My first ~30-60 days in MUT were an absolute blur, wildly addicting yet super overwhelming, trying to figure out the buggy ass menus and what in-game explanations actually made sense, which abilities were as described, versus which didn't do anything at all (or only work well on last generation of consoles, etc.).  Once i began settling in, I dropped $25 on a 49ers theme team starter pack, which felt liek money well spent, but that sent me spiraling down the rabbit hole to the point it's become a problem.  I've had more than one uncomfortable conversation with my wife that go something along the lines of, "Uggh, i'm sorry, i was really irresponsible with our finances... again."  Heh.  I could have a brand new OLED for what i've pissed away on my MUT squad over the past couple seasons.

Enjoy!  I stumbled into the famous (infamous?) Easter Egg pack glitch last year around this time... which basically set me up for the rest of `23 cycle, i've still got probably 15M coins on that account i wasn't able to gift or give away, because EA started auto-banning accounts for "coin distribution" uggh.  Also invested 15M coins into Rookie Premiers, thinking i'd have a head start to `24 cycle, but the eventual roll-out was botched, so I doubt i'm wasting my time again this year.  Hoping to retire before August, but we'll see how that goes.  Appreciate the O-line insight.  I've lost my auction house privileges (twice) this year, so it's extremely difficult for me to build a squad now.

Same. I started with the intention of building a Bills theme team and found out quick I couldn’t compete. I’m a fairly Good player and that did nt matter. I quickly moved to Zero chill once I saw what was what and up until that point I was no money spent. That changed quick! haha! I’ve DEF had those conversations with my wife. I think at one point I was in for about 300 bucks in 5 weeks. Ouch. I’ve spent about 500 on the game this year I have to admit. Wife wasn’t happy at 1st but shed rather me have fun and be happy and not be out raising hell I suppose. But I’m a grinder for sure. I have fun with even the solos and challenges. I’ve recently been making tons of coins building playoff, SB, and combine sets. Love to snipe. I can spend hours on the auction house. Try to balance it with actually playing because that can be addicting too. Check out BuffaloKay on YouTube. Good stuff on what to buy at what price to then either sell or make a set. You can easily make 100-300k an hour if you’re in at the right time.
