I recently broke my wrist, and now that its healed I want to work back some mustle. any tips?
1. place your hand on your belly button
2. make your hand into a circle shape with your thumb touching your first finger
3. move your wrist about 6 inches away from your body and back again in a repeated motion
4. move your hand down a few inches for better wrist movement and continue
5. do this excercise 5-8 times daily to strengthen your wrist
