Why did I do this…(not banned, updated 7/13)

So about 2 years ago I made a stupid decision(of course I did) so for SOME REASON I used my brothers email instead of creating like a outlook or whatever 

I realized that today, unlinked the account and it said you can’t link more then 1 account to a gmail 

i messaged ea help and they said that they aren’t suppost to allow it but they are considering it since they feel bad 

they said it’ll take 24-48 hours to get the email to which will decide if I can play it again 

wish me luck 🙏

update: they said it’s under investigation and said it’ll take longer then 24-48 hours because of the type of investigation it is

another update: I went to ea help again and they told me since I unlinked it I lost all my progress in madden 24 but I will be able to play madden 25 and madden 24 on that account, problem is now I have created more then 5 teams but i should have less now
