Is Madden 25 worth buying

Not unless you're happy playing only franchise. Lots of issues with MUT (people not getting rewards, solo battles not working).

I wouldn't. Right now its a hot mess. D is generally hopeless, pursuit angles a joke and the Boom Tech nonsense is causing some really odd looking tackles. On O its all about the stem glitch which is ridiculously OP. I'd say you can expect to see it in about 70% of H2H games. Which makes 70% of online players cheating douches. OLine blocking is still a pile of turds. The whole game is creaking under the weight of animations that often make no sense but are what the AI tells the game to do. I've got vegetables in my refrigerator with better football savvy than this pile of shit.

And its boring. Like, if you're NMS there is soooooo little to do and improving your side without buying packs is hard. I'd wait, get it for $20 in November or something. Or just don't bother.
