There should be an ability that makes KOs not work on a player.. they just don’t make sense.. I’ll have a WR 5 yards in front of a CB and he hits him with his finger and my WR drops it.. my dude will be literally be running with the ball already making a cut after a catch and just barley get touched and he drops it.. why don’t we have an ability to stop this from happening or turn the amount of KOs down..
Yep even with Deep out or something they still drop it
Madden needs to go away from abilities, or at least tone it down.
Funny that there's a counter for most every ability but not KOs

Honest question, not trying to be a smartass but if there were no KOs, what would we run on defense? 4 Double or nothings 2 lurkers, 6 pick artists, oh wait these are all free now? ummm.. enforcer? and Crusher? throw lumberjack on someone?
Yeah, but on the other hand, if there were no KOs, defense would be non-existent. Man is trash, zone is trash. If there were no KOs, it'd be blitz and pray even more than it already is. Sadly, they are necessary.
I don't think they'll ever be able to truly release a balanced game. Too many ppl out to find the glitches, and there will always be glitches.
Yeah without KO’s it’d be impossible to stop anyone. everyone basically runs the same meta offense anyway, so they’re really the only counter to that.

If EA wasn’t giving people so many discounts so early we could have a game where you can run KOs but only have it one like 2-3 plays on defense.. its ridiculous that you can literally have a meta ability on every single person in your lineup for almost 0 AP then just have the 12 extra to mess around with..

But how did they have so many game with no abilities and that was never an issue? If someone on defense was only full out blitzing with no KOs I would easily beat them with short passes and better pass coverage forcing them to stop and change coverage or rage quit.. but when someone can drop 7-8 players into coverage all with KO abilities how are you even supposed to complete a pass?
KOs literally reward the defense for being beat. It makes no sense.

I like to remember that the people who I think are glitching lose games too. Somebody out there could beat these guys every time, and I get to put KOs on my defense too, so I don’t know if it’s really a glitch. In madden 20 you could defend corner rlutes it was just ridiculously annoying (deep quarters + third+ cross man) and I rarely lost to meta that year, but I would get my ASS handed to me by basically any really good off meta player
You can see everyone’s abilities pre snap. The counter is to run routes that won’t trigger KO’s. Running four verticals every play against deep KO isn’t going to work yet people will continue to try

Bruh abilities are so broken this year you can’t possibly do that.. deep out zone activates all over the place not just outside the number over 20 yards.. if only it were that easy
