That was on his old card. They've changed releases. Tua used to have Gen 3 and now he has Slinger 1. Michael Vick had his release changed 3 times. Surely they wouldn't release a Gold 99 promo champion with an unusable release.

No, they've changed it. They had to in order to make the market for the players profitable, right now if a QB doesn't have Slinger 3 or 1 then no one will use them
