As you are progressing through the content, you should begin receiving the six following Team Captains players/cards: https://www.mut.gg/programs/team-captains/
In past years, we were forced to select which specific Team Captain player we wanted to have or use on our squads, however, this year EA has "blessed" us by allowing all six to be on the squad, however we can only earn enough tokens to fully upgrade two (to max 93 OVR) at this point. Good luck, it's not obvious or intuitive, as EA has buried the Team Captains objectives within the ARCHIVED tab of various Field Passes.
