Wow. The Rodgers release. Maxed out throw power. HRM. Great card guys.
Ended up about breaking even and was able to keep a few Diamonds . Metzelaars, Willie A, Hines (his cards always play well though I don't know where he will fit in on my squad), Boselli, Hamilton (Giants fan and Goal line ability for 0 ap) good to have on bench and bring in down inside 20.
Was an exhausting grind especially since I worked 12 hours yesterday. Got it done at like 10 am.

I've played against him 2 times already in squads and both games held him to 49 yards and 14 yards why even have him if you can't pass the ball seems pointless

Seriously dude. you played some randos in squads . Likely with 3 users on D. Most people who play squads have no idea what they're doing.
Go play him in h2h 5 times.... in the hands of a semi- decent player that card will rip you apart. With the right chem, strat card, and abilities, he has the fastest release that's ever been in any Madden game ever...and yes I have played them all. Since year 1. 99 throw power. Fastest release in the game. Fearless ability so flawless under pressure (97 TUP anyway). No way you hold a decent player down in H2h who has Elway at QB. Unless you're Henry posting as someone else here.
I think you're just salty that you sold him and stuck with Culpepper.

how does 97 tup do? Do you still get pressured on throws without fearless? I’m curious if fearless is only OP because of how rushers are with low tup or if you’ll still want it later Down the road.

I’ll start by saying I haven’t run fearless this year. But I have only seen the yellow “pressured throw” pop up one single time since day 1 of Elways release. Fearless probably not even needed. Dude is unstoppable for me with SFL and LRD

Do you play online at all? and what qbs have you used prior?
that’s pretty solid otherwise. Wonder if itll stay that way or higher pressure D will change that later.

Kind of disagree. Fearless lights up whenever your opponent has under pressure or is closing in. Even on Elway it lights up a lot.
SFL shouldn't do much if you have this THP boosted. Min has 99 THP so SFL can't really make his passes have any more velocity....but gunslinger for 1 AP does speed up an already fast release even more. You don't need LRD. he has the best DAC in the game.
HRM and fearless are an insane combination on Elway.

I think Fearless may be a top 5 ability . I haven't used it enough but with Elway i use it now. I see a big difference. He's made throws with guys hanging off him that I wouldn't even attempt with other QBs and without fearless

But have you even seen his TUP rating!?! Mines 97. If you need fearless you take way too many risks I guess.
SFL “Shouldn’t do too much” is quite wrong. The diff is night and day. Yes it adds more velocity. Try it before saying something like that. You do need LRD if you don’t want misses. 97 or not, he misses. I test all this stuff so this isn’t opinions.

Yes but not as much as most. Few nights a week I’ll play a few. Vick, Bledsoe, Fitz, Lamar, Montana, TOTW Wilson and even tested Herbert for a few days. Until Elway, 87 Rodgers was still preferred over all others.
