You have to get lucky from the 3,900 Training Random Present Pack in the Store to get Player Present 1 or 2.

He doesn't get an upgrade. He's locked in at 89 OVR. HOWEVER, the 92 OVR Token will get you this year's NVP of the Rams-Broncos game on 12/25.
