A lot of people did not receive the Welcome Pack from Part 1 so EA released it again with Part 2 for those who missed it the first time.

Try changing the sort (L2/LT) on the abilities screen in your lineup.

I'll pass along the request but being so late in the year I can't promise there will be another update. The pros from huddle.gg are the ones who handle the ability tier ratings.

As Auzzy said, it's a bug but luckily there's a workaround. For some reason, the initial abilities screen will sometimes miss players that should be there. All you have to do is change the sort (LT/L2) and it will display all of the correct players.

Theme-Team All-Star LTDs, Division Dynasty Charvarius Ward, LTD Marvin Harrison Jr, and 96 OVR Team Standout Russ Yeast can all equip Rams All-Star Chem.

They added a 4th Tier (5 components) this morning to all 3 all-star chems that boost +1 SPD, +1 AGI, +1 ACC, +1 AWR, +1 JMP, and +1 PRC.
