It's 1 because that Ability Slot is a Run Stopper MLB Archetype, which was already 1 AP and wasn't part of the recent update.
Yeah, as Busta said, I'm seeing Eagles/Packers/Panthers for his Power Up on the site and in MUT.
I messaged HT0WN on MH and can confirm Houston713 is him.
Archetype affects which Abilities a player can get and the AP cost for them. That's it.

No need for pics. The issue was with his Power Up, not the 94 item itself. I just updated it in our database and he should be accurate now. Let me know if there are still any issues though.
