They were added later in the day, but both S2 and S3 Champion Exchanges are live in game.

If you go to a player's Power Up page in the database, it will tell you whether they get secondary positions or have "None". If it says "Unknown", the card was most likely recently released and we still need to find that info and add it.

Vets or Rising Stars. Vets can change team chem without Power Up and the player selections usually hit multiple teams. As Werner said above, Rising Stars are usually the most usable on the field.
