I've got 30 Raiders on my TT right now but almost all are back-ups. I prefer playing with my team so I'm not that bothered by how good or bad the side is but, right now, the +2STR, +1SPD etc can't hurt.

If you bring your players up to the LOS and your opponent sees that, he'll probably audible a WR on a streak. To counter it you can press your Corners but shade over the top coverage and predict pass.
