You have to be able to sacrifice the “fun” aspect of the game to be able to win most of the games. 
 

Fortunately you can just quit and find a new opponent an infinite number of times

It’s good just not enough to do in the game. You can play people which is nice, but after hearing of a disc glitch on the PC no thank you on the cross play. Also the 100+ people who went 25-0 for a million coins, when last year was nearly as much. They need to work on some stuff still.

Check your lineup. You may have exceeded the 55 players (it will not show this anywhere, you have to count manually I think)

Unplug the power cord and hdmi and replace the PS5 console with the PS4 console, replug the wires. Make sure you clean the fan out of the PS4 if it was sitting

Restart the game/app

This is usually a false advertising/makeright opportunity
