I haven’t had much time to play the last couple days but when I get on late at night there doesn’t seem like much to do right now

i logged into ps5 on early drop day and got 0 points like everybody else. Then I got the regular amount of points the next day. Never touched the ps4 version though, so not sure if this helps.

I think it's because Friday/Saturday everyone ramped up their teams for comp pass.

I played from launch until December so this info is accurate for that timeframe. Not sure after that.
