I am having same issue i find myself spending hours attempting flip cards and upgrade my team little by little. I am currently a 82 OVR and do play some H2H but get throttled 7 out of 10 games. Issue I'm having most is finding a universal playbook that has a little of everything for offense and defense. i just don't get it. I will rent 85+ players on offense and defense only not to see a big difference from a 84 OVR player. I will upgrade certain players but the one that I'm seeing that really pans out is HB. The one main issue im also having is adjusting my secondary pre snap. If anyone can give me a pointer or two would be much appreciated

It's on you how much you wanna play solo battles or challenges, I do it quite sparingly and mainly to get objectives out of the way quickly, when I do the boring "one play TD with play action and otherwise sack them asap" mode I just put on some music and/or a M24 ebook with it and focus more on that since it doesn't take any effort to do all that in solo battles at all.
Right i agree the solobattles are easy, but it's all the stats you have to get that takes so much of my playing time. and every week i have to win 15 or more due to weekly challenges. Then i go on mutchamps and grind out those with players that are all pay to win running youtube glitchy defenses. I win over 50% every week, but some players can make me work for my stats. and i usually always get people who can stop the exact stats i need. like i need passing yards i had a guy last night who shut my passing down to 97 passing yards going into the 4th with a 24-21 lead. i made him quit after running a td in with less than 2 minutes left. when he quit i had 157 passing yards and frank gore had 13 carries for 149yds and 2TDs Gore was 8 rushing yards behind my passing game.

Yeah that's how it goes. I personally don't really mind MUT champs too much since it's pretty much H2H anyway, so I use it as a bit of a solid testing ground for new schemes and plays in addition to playing my usual MO to pad some stats. Solo battles though, yeah... boring as it gets, but at least the majority of stuff can be done somewhat quickly with stuff like 1 play PA deep yeet ball, or singleback wing stretch or whatever for massive runs.
Why does it concern OP is a better question? How does it affect you enough to wanna complain about it?
Same dudes that question the solo guys are the same ones bitching about everything they run into online.
One day most of you will be old enough to realize you‘re in control of how you have fun. If someone isn’t great at the game and not stealing plays from YT, why would they subject themselves to a frustrating experience?

He complained? When?

Sounds like bitching to me. Im not gullible enough to believe he actually doesn’t understand offline players.

Idk. I would hope it's not that serious to him
SportsPerson94 said:Yea great idea man. It would make Seasons more fun and actually give you something to play for. Right now it's so bland and boring it's not even funny
If H2H is so bland and boring, why on earth are people in this thread advocating it let alone looking down their noses on offline players?

Go ask them. What are you asking me for? They can do what they want, i don't give a shit lol

If I somehow gave you the impression that my question was directed to you only and not to the thread as a whole, I'm sorry for the misunderstanding.
I don’t understand the people that play MUT and don’t play head to head either. You can play regs and build any kind of team you want, you can create any player you want with whatever stats you want, you can play franchise. Maybe some people actually like the solo challenges? If so I’ve never seen anyone admit it on forums. I hate the grind aspect of MUT. But if you want to play the best H2H players, you pretty much gotta play MUT.
I believe we're at the point in this thread where we have to collectively agree to disagree and accept that not everyone plays this game the same way. And that is perfectly OK.

I forgive you sir. *internet hug*

Oh I know it’s the whole internet and yes reddit is the worse. Just giving the heads up from my experience with asking questions here. usually only the same handful of people jumping down throats
